Sunshine & Road Communication Building is the R&D and production base of Shenzhen Sunway Communication Co., Ltd. in Shenzhen. This project is divided into three plots by municipal roads, and the planning adopts the design concept of "integration, separation, corridor, and spaciousness". Integration: "Three plots as one, gathering strength", connecting the production functions of the three plots through corridors to integrate fragmented spaces and enhance productivity, thereby improving the company's production efficiency. Separation: "Separation of people and vehicles, efficient and safe", the cross-street corridors are located on the second and third floors of the factory buildings, with pedestrian and ground vehicle traffic separated on different levels to create an efficient and safe production and living park. Corridor: "Three-dimensional corridors, quick connection", corridors at different heights fully connect the three plots, ensuring efficient and rapid movement of people, vehicles, and goods. Spaciousness: "Spacious floor plans, efficient adaptability", making full use of the land characteristics of the three plots, setting up spacious production floor plans within limited conditions, which can adapt to rapid development and diverse production needs. The overall shape is staggered in height, creating multi-level terraced gardens and a rich and friendly urban skyline.
