About The Entry

The Tempo Table is born from a deep reflection on time, inspired by Albert Einstein’s idea that past, present, and future are a “stubbornly persistent illusion.” The piece invites us to consider time not merely as a measure, but as a force revealed through nature and in our own lives.

The design stems from the observation of stone — an element that appears eternal, yet is slowly transformed by erosion over centuries. This relationship between permanence and change is the essence of the Tempo table.

With soft curves and organic forms, the piece combines rough and refined finishes that evoke the marks of time, adding depth and a singular narrative. More than a functional piece, the Tempo Dining Table is a sculpture that invites dialogue and contemplation within the space.

Every detail evokes a tactile and emotional experience, prompting a quiet question: is time passing us by, or are we the ones passing through it?

The Tempo Table transcends utilitarian function, merging design, art, and philosophy. It proposes a new way of inhabiting time — as presence and constant transformation.
