About The Entry

Inspired by the historic Lotus Garden Academy, the Xiong An Zhong Lu Li Show Area blends cultural heritage with contemporary living. Embracing the concept of "Traditional Soul, Modern Vessel," the design creates a poetic harmony between ancient traditions and future urban visions, merging timeless charm with modern aesthetics and nature with urban planning.

The space unfolds as a "courtyard in the city and courtyard with a garden," bridging history and modernity. The sunken courtyard, drawing from the Lotus Garden Academy’s architecture, reinterprets Eastern culture in a modern context, while the above-ground area showcases a forward-thinking residential vision for Xiong'an—culturally rich, nature-inspired, and refined.

A 57-meter-long installation scroll greets visitors at the entrance, framed by layered plantings, sculptural black pines, and ancient pomegranate trees. Veronese sandstone walls contrast with green-veined luxury stone, balancing warm and cool tones. The entrance gate combines gold-plated craftsmanship with artistic glass, reflecting meticulous detail.

The sunken courtyard’s water features evoke Zen-like tranquility, while a second-level corridor frames maple trees in a white sandstone pool, celebrating seasonal shifts. A screen wall fuses classical motifs with modern materials for striking visual interplay.

The modernist buildings embrace daylight and openness, while ceilings detailed in gold-plated, hand-chiseled stainless steel honor ancient craftsmanship, elevating both spatial texture and depth. Throughout the space, carefully placed sculptural benches and installations at the end of the corridor act as functional artworks, inviting interaction and visual discovery. Planting design emphasizes blue-green flower borders and varied foliage textures, resulting in a landscape that evolves with the seasons—offering visitors a rich, layered emotional and sensory experience across time.
