Xuzhou Zhonghai · Jewel Manor Demonstration Area is rooted in the cultural context of the site. Anchored by Huaihai Road as the spatial axis, it integrates the city’s rich historical legacy with a relaxed, refined lifestyle that echoes the sensibilities of old-money culture. While drawing inspiration from the natural resources of Yunlong Lake and its central islands, the project aspires to create a poetic and nature-infused urban retreat. The entire site is developed under the theme of “Island Forest Living with Elegant Luxury Gardens.” Through a hotel-style ceremonial arrival experience, the functional layout is organized around one central axis, six sequential courtyards, and ten secluded luxury garden scenes. This structure integrates multi-dimensional, layered spaces such as three-dimensional garden water features, homecoming corridors, a central water courtyard, landscape reception lounges, tranquil gardens, seamless elevated floors, sparse woodland lawns, and framed window views. The design achieves an indoor-outdoor integrated, shared, and immersive spatial experience, creating a 360-degree panoramic homecoming journey that enhances both a sense of prestige and a resort-like atmosphere.
