Greenterrace Kindergarten

Located in Yunnan’s iconic terraced fields, this kindergarten serves as both an educational and community space. Inspired by the stepped terrain, the curved design integrates classrooms, interior activity spaces, farmer rest areas, and rooftop sports facilities. Children engage with local ecology and agricultural production through outdoor platforms. Flexible learning spaces and sustainable features—natural ventilation, solar power, , mist irrigation and storm water reuse—support a low-impact footprint. The school fosters cultural continuity, ecological awareness, and community resilience.
