Sales Center: Urban Tea Pavilion, A Revival of Song Elegance

The Original Land Sales Center embraces the concept of “Western form, Eastern essence”, creating a culturally immersive Urban Tea Pavilion that reflects Dongguan’s blend of tradition and modernity. The design balances global aesthetics with local spirit, turning the space into a vessel of cultural emotion.

Inspired by Song Dynasty scholar gatherings, the space redefines traditional sales offices with four thematic rooms: tea tasting, art appreciation, incense culture, and flower arrangement. Replacing negotiation tables with tea seats fosters relaxed, meaningful dialogue. These frequently used tea rooms highlight emotional connection beyond commerce.

Subtle design details enhance the natural ambiance:

Floor-to-ceiling glass draws in mountain views, blurring inside and out.

Smooth stone meets rugged travertine, evoking a tactile bond with nature.

Rattan installations, resembling mushrooms after rain, breathe organic life into the space.

The result is a poetic living sample that fuses local culture with global vision.

Lobby & Clubhouse: A New Elite Lifestyle Paradigm

Tailored for the next generation of elites, the project responds to both family ties and international lifestyles, creating a forward-looking community through three core spaces:

1. Lobby of Return:

Reimagined as an art gallery meets boutique hotel, the entrance features an art corridor and layered landscaping. A seamless car route leads to the private clubhouse, turning daily return into a refined ritual.

2. Core Clubhouse:

Designed for life “beyond home,” with five social zones: wine lounge, cigar bar, billiards, tea room, and private dining. Its flexible layout supports both business and personal gatherings.

3. Le Space Lounge (1,750㎡):

A multifunctional hub for all ages, with modular furniture enabling easy shifts between reading, relaxing, and community salons.
