MODERN LOBBY THE FIVE

This spectacular 660 m² lobby was created for one of Moscow's premium residential complexes “THE FIVE”. The design project is made in a modern style. Finishing from natural wood and marble is combined with modern wall panels and laconic form of furniture and designer decorations. For guests and residents of the complex, a special space for informal or business communication with a fireplace and a soft lounge area has been created.
An incredibly spectacular area greets guests upon entering the lobby.
A bright wall made of stone, metal and brass, where five elements are depicted, attracts admiring glances: they symbolize a residential complex called “THE FIVE”, which looks very symbolic and cool. The huge stacked chandelier in the shape of a tornado also delights with their beauty. It turned out to be a very cool waiting area and a bright reception area. Here we have placed low modular sofas for comfortable waiting and relaxation of the guests. The space is decorated with stylish hanging paintings and a bright cascading solution on the walls with backlights. There is also the cozy nook with a travertine fireplace and brass arches. The floor is made of calacatta stone: we specially made it active so that dirt would not be visible. It went very neutrally on the walls and in the fireplace area.
Entrance zone space is decorated with arches. The theme of arches can be seen both in the facade of the building itself, and on the windows, in the interior solutions, including in the reception area! They are located on the sides of the counter, and the central area of the arch is a storage area that is hidden behind the fabric. It’s a reference to the performing arts, which looks really nice.
At the lounge-zone you can see the fireplace, elements of metal and porcelain stoneware - their combination looks very modern and cool.
