This project is located in the core area of Longhua District, which is at the geographical center and urban developmentcentral axis of Shenzhen . It’s adjacent to major city thoroughfares, allowing for quick access to all parts of the city. It directly serves customers from the Futian and North Station business districts and is conveniently connected to the subway system;

The development of the project is situated above a subway depot. Due to the load limitations imposed by the track cover, the project features 20 units, each with 4-story multi-level , divided into two households (upper and lower duplexes); and 10 units each with 15-story low-rise , all adopting a pure slab layout; The overall planning adopts a courtyard-style layout, emphasizing spatial order and a central axis. This spatial axis also serves as a landscape corridor, creating a multi-layered courtyard-style spatial arrangement through the progression of space and the creation of interfaces;

The podium features a ground-level elevated garage and an array of public amenities (including community health centers, senior day-care facilities, cultural activity rooms, neighborhood committees, and police stations), providing the community with convenient support;

The overall architectural style is predominantly modern. The pursuit of exquisite craftsmanship is a hallmark of this architectural approach, which is characterized by a rational and meticulous design philosophy. The buildings exhibit neat proportions, symmetrical forms, and pure facades. Precision in construction is a key feature, with a style that emphasizes purity, transparency, and tranquility throughout the structure, form, and interior spaces. The detailing focus on urban sophistication rather than complex curves or angular lines. Materials such as glass, aluminum panels, and metal components are frequently employed to achieve a contemporary aesthetic.

At the base of the low-rise towers, an elevated floor is designed to create a multi-functional community center, which incorporates four modules: a children's play area, a youth activity zone, an elderly care and leisure area, a support services area. These are strategically integrated to meet the diverse community living needs of residents across all age groups, ensuring that the facilities truly cater to the everyday requirements of the community;
