About The Entry
The museum follows the principle of “One Room, Three Scenes, Silent Education,” integrating mathematical culture, experimental exploration, and creative innovation within a single space. The Math Hall embodies the Fields spirit, sowing cultural seeds; the laboratory transforms theorems into observable phenomena, inspiring inquiry; the maker center turns hypotheses into tangible projects. The spatial design forms a complete loop of cognition, validation, and creation, enabling students to learn naturally through immersive experiences while developing independent thinking and innovative abilities. The design prioritizes user experience, weaving four dimensions: immersion, interaction, fun, and professionalism. Corridors serve as “boundless classrooms,” featuring magnetic walls, light-shadow passages, and breathable airflow. Curved ultra-clear glass displays knowledge suspended in space, perforated bricks project π-shaped light patterns, and ceiling projections emulate Da Vinci’s dome. This interactive and safe environment allows students to focus, explore, and grow while enjoying a personalized learning experience. The museum integrates AI classrooms, maker centers, and laboratories to enhance education with technology. AI algorithms dynamically present the cultural corridor, from prehistoric markings to contemporary mathematical models. Laboratories convert abstract theorems into hands-on phenomena, enabling students to understand principles through experimentation. Technological innovation permeates the entire learning process, creating a highly efficient loop of cognition, validation, and creation, significantly elevating educational value. The building features a clean, modern form that balances function and aesthetics. Curved glass, enamel panels, and perforated bricks combine light, shadow, and natural elements to create dynamic visual effects. The compact layout and refined materials ensure flexibility for various educational activities. Overall, the design harmonizes beauty and practicality, providing a bright and comfortable environment that sparks students’ curiosity for mathematics and science. As Sichuan’s first independent mathematics-themed museum, it carries the social mission of popularizing mathematics and fostering innovative education. Through the Math Exploration Center and four thematic exhibitions, it cultivates logical thinking and creativity in young audiences while promoting equitable access to STEM education. The cultural corridor traces the evolution of mathematics, from prehistoric marks to AI algorithms, enhancing public understanding and appreciation of mathematics, thus delivering both educational and social value.
