POLY · XISHAN, Guiyang

As a premium offering in the "Fu" series, Guiyang Poly Xishan Fu Courtyard integrates the city’s traditional local aesthetics into its core design.Nestled within the majestic highlands of Wudang District, the project is cradled by winding streams and verdant, rolling hills. The design translates this inherent "mountain-and-stream essence" into everyday living, offering residents an immersive experience of an idealized lifestyle. The second-floor children's zone is customized for residents, with Guiyang's playful mountain and stream spirit woven throughout. In the girl's room, embroidered textures mimic branches in the mountain, and a soft palette merges youthful energy with natural grace. The boy’s room, themed around music, captures the whimsy of "streams threading through forests, sounds echoing with the mountains." A guitar by the window appears to harmonize with the mountain breeze, while the desk’s clean, polished surface resembles stream-smoothed stone. Metallic accents echo the sturdy lines of branches in the valley, synchronizing a young musician’s passion with the rhythm of nature. The third-floor master bedroom envelops occupants in an atmosphere of refined tranquility. An artistic installation of golden petals adorns the wall, its dynamic form evoking a delicate cluster of flowers that shimmers with understated luxury in the soft light. The outdoor balcony feels like a curated fragment of nature, the space features a light-toned bench accented with ethnic-patterned cushions, adding a touch of modern sophistication to the serene landscape.

The lower-level living area centers on social interaction, with a double-height reception space emphasizing openness and grandeur.  Elegant sofas are paired with a coffee table featuring a sculptural floral display, breathing life and artistry into the calm setting—ideal for dialogues between art and living. A standout screen in the entry foyer, made with a metal mesh base and detailed with bead embroidery and gilded foil, introduces a luxe accent. The mezzanine provides a secluded escape. Framed plant specimens and insect-inspired metal decor are thoughtfully selected and artistically finished, each serving as an understated tribute to the park’s natural gifts.
