YUE BUND

Located in the Bund area of Shanghai, this project is a villa residence with distinctive architectural features. The architecture continues the original site's texture, with glazed tiles on the facade. The combination of curves, stone, and metal creates a dynamic interplay of light and shadow. Curved corners, auspicious carvings, and larger windows add to the innovative feel of tradition.

The villa's design concept is "the poetry of materials" and "the blank space of space." In the living room, light oak veneer paired with beige travertine is extensively used in the public spaces, highlighting the spaciousness and brightness of the two basement levels. The basement living room features a black-and-white marble backsplash, a raised ceiling, and circular chandeliers that soften the visual effect. The entire third floor is designed as a private space for the owner, with a high-ceilinged "gable" roof and dark wood veneer creating a tranquil and comfortable atmosphere.
