The MiaoLab Large-Format Resin 3D Printer is an industrial-grade solution that overcomes the build size limitations of traditional DLP technology. Through its innovative “Rolling Projection” curing technology and a high-precision motion system, it achieves an ultra-large 1m × 0.9m build volume. This empowers designers, engineers, and artists to print large, monolithic models without cutting or assembly. The machine integrates high precision with massive scale, providing a powerful tool for large prototypes, art installations, and custom products. Our philosophy is to break boundaries and empower creativity. We understand that a creator's vision is often constrained by equipment size. Therefore, we aimed to build a printer that combines powerful functionality with an exceptional user experience. Its robust metal frame conveys industrial reliability, while the transparent viewing window and intuitive interface reflect our focus on safety and user-centric design. We are dedicated to making industrial-grade manufacturing more accessible, safe, and efficient for every creator. The printer features a minimalist and robust industrial design. Its main body is constructed from durable, matte-finished cold-rolled steel in a PANTONE Cool Gray. The amber PMMA viewing windows on the front and sides serve as a visual centerpiece. Optimized for 405nm UV light, they ensure safety by blocking radiation while allowing clear print monitoring with 40-60% light transmittance. The amber hue adds a touch of warmth and technological sophistication. All control buttons, especially the emergency stop, are enlarged and highly visible for quick identification and access. Ultra-Large Build Volume: Offers a class-leading 1m × 0.9m build envelope, enabling the monolithic printing of large-scale models. High Precision & Stability: Utilizes high-precision linear and servo motors paired with high-performance sensors to ensure accurate motion and repeatability. A unique braking function enhances stability and operational safety, resulting in finer print details and superior quality. User-Centric HMI: Features a control interface on an adjustable mechanical arm, accommodating operators of different heights. Safety buttons are prominently placed for fast and effective emergency access. The product's key innovation lies in its core “Rolling Projection Curing Solution.”
