About The Entry

The Hangzhou [2025] No. 60 Commerce & Office Complex, situated in the core area of Qianjiang New City, is envisioned as a waterfront financial headquarters integrating flagship offices, luxury hotels, and commercial exhibition-trade facilities. Guided by the core concept of “resonance of Yiwu and Hangzhou—weaving networks and linking cities” and driven by the spatial strategy of “headquarters DNA + external engagement with internal collaboration + outdoor extension of indoor exhibition,” it aims to establish a closed-loop digital economy ecosystem of “technology R&D–industrial application–global expansion.”

Aesthetically, the project embodies the idea of “nestling by the canal and overlooking the river—a digital window to the world.” Through meticulously integrated elements such as an elevated skybridge, a shared atrium, and a cloud-top reception room, it frames the poetic waterscape of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal and the majestic view of the Qiantang River, perfectly merging technological sophistication with natural scenery.

The project adopts a multidimensional and integrated approach: the high-rise tower, serving as a digital economy headquarters, overlooks the river and offers enterprises an open, inspiring work environment; the low-rise tower, housing a business hotel, lies along the canal in a tranquil and comfortable setting. These two towers are seamlessly connected by an elevated long-span skybridge, balancing independence with synergy. Additionally, the rooftop helipad for urban air mobility, coupled with the ground-level outdoor exhibition space, forms a vertical ecosystem of “commerce on the ground and connectivity in the air.” This project sets a new benchmark for the deep integration of architecture with cities, industries, and daily life in the digital economy era.
