International Headquarters Center of Zhengzhou Air-Rail City

Zhengzhou Airport High-speed Railway Station is one of the TOP 3 largest high-speed railway stations in China, and the core hub of Henan’s “米-shaped" high-speed rail network. This project is situated on the north wing of the East Square of Zhengzhou Airport High-speed Railway Station, adjacent to the International Trade and Exhibition Zone and Xinzheng International Airport, serving as a key node for showcasing the international gateway image of Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone. As the first launched core land parcel in the East Square, it is planned to be a multi-functional complex integrating high-end offices, star-rated hotels, boutique commerce and corporate exhibition halls, providing diversified support for regional development.

The overall planning adheres closely to the site's characteristics: the east and north sides of the land parcel connect to urban trunk roads, and two towers for offices and hotels are arranged along these routes with staggered configurations to achieve 360° unobstructed views, ensuring every floor enjoys a broad urban skyline and green landscapes; the west and south sides are adjacent to the East Square of Zhengzhou Airport High-speed Railway Station, and an island-style layout is adopted for commercial spaces, corporate exhibition halls and hotel podiums. Integrating with the square's green areas, a three-dimensionally interconnected and public-sharing "Open Waiting Hall" is created, realizing seamless connection with Zhengzhou Airport High-speed Railway Station and constructing an efficient TOD "station-city integration" spatial network.

The architectural design incorporates a cultural core, taking "Air-Rail Linked Wings" as its central concept and deeply integrating the elements of the two major hubs—aviation and railway. Through the distinctive forms of "spine", "wings" and "crowns", it shapes a building silhouette that combines a sense of power and lightness, not only embodying the spirit of air-rail culture but also forging a unique gateway image. It will build an open, shared and transformative new urban landmark for Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone, bearing the new model of future air-rail business exchanges.
