About The Entry

The core design concept of Space is to create an “all-in-one, sustainably evolving” five-axis surface machining unit. Built on an open, platform-based architecture, this Space laser system leverages replaceable laser modules and AI-driven intelligent control to provide a sustainable solution for complex and ever-changing industrial demands. It is not a single-function machine, but an intelligent manufacturing partner capable of growing with the future and continuously expanding its capabilities. Space features a fully enclosed design with top-grade laser-protective glass, completely isolating operators from high-energy processing and eliminating safety hazards. The system provides comprehensive environmental protection—including air purification, lighting, gas control, and waste handling—ensuring zero harmful emissions and enabling green, carbon-neutral production. Its ergonomically designed cantilevered UI console, combined with a clean interface and extensive preset library, simplifies complex five-axis programming into intuitive parameter calls. This allows operators to focus on the craft itself, achieving seamless collaboration between people, machines, safety, and sustainability. Space’s core innovation lies in AI-driven five-axis machining. By integrating 3D scanning and AI recognition, it delivers a “load-and-process” experience—automatically identifying workpieces and matching them to digital designs, eliminating manual positioning. AI performs pre- and post-processing inspections, detecting issues like rust and even enabling self-repair, while generating optimized machining paths. This complete AI closed-loop turns the most complex surface machining into a highly automated, intelligent, and seamless workflow. The body adopts a calm, professional black-and-white-gray color scheme, with precise geometric structures conveying a sense of strength and reliability. Its fully enclosed form not only meets safety requirements but also evokes a “standalone space station” aesthetic. Curved elements are incorporated into the design to bring the device closer to users, enabling more natural interaction and removing the cold, impersonal feel, giving the product warmth and approachability. By eliminating unnecessary decorations, every visual element serves its powerful functionality and professional character. Space features a replaceable, modular laser head design, allowing flexible switching between applications such as cutting, welding, cladding, cleaning, and marking. More importantly, the system does not need to be retired with industry upgrades, as laser modules can be continuously updated alongside technological advancements.
