Yuexiu Canal Yue

The project is located in Gongshu District (the GS1004-08-1 plot of the former Canal New Town Unit in Gongshu District), with a total planned land area of approximately 16,537 square meters, a total construction area of 52,157.52 square meters, and a plot ratio of 1.7. It consists of 6 stacked residential buildings.

This project is positioned as the "Yue Series", with the thousand-year-old canal culture as its foundation. It aims to create a poetic living experience of "opening the window to see the water and sleeping by the river", recreating the traditional layout of "river in front and house at the back" in the water towns of Jiangnan. Through designs such as the space under the eaves and the cantilevered tea pavilion, the boundaries between the interior and exterior are blurred, allowing the owner to experience the natural atmosphere of "the flowing canal and the changing of the four seasons" in the private courtyard.

By the canal, we planted a vertically growing forest city.

1. The three-dimensional public system creates a multi-dimensional three-dimensional garden. The three-layer spatial structure forms a unique "underground forest life circle" (double-layer sunken courtyard + north-south landscape inner corridor + hidden clubhouse).

Dig 7 meters deep to create a double sunken courtyard, embed an underground invisible clubhouse, and the mirror-like water courtyard reflects the cliff habitat, transforming the originally gloomy underground space into a vertical social chain that connects sunlight! Maximize the tension of public landscapes and community services

3. Dual routes pass through, with both above-ground and underground theaters. Every step is a customized ceremony. On the ground, there is a journey through the rainbow, and on the ground, one can return home by crossing the Rainbow Bridge, tea pavilions, and moonlit resin light strips flowing through the gaps of the bluestone slabs. Underground · Star River Wandering, the underground circulation follows the eaves corridor of the cascading stream. The original blue rock walls exude fresh and moist water vapor, reconstructing the microclimate of returning home and creating a unique sense of ceremony.
