The landscape design is rooted in Changchun's unique cultural heritage of mansion residences and its diverse environment. Guided by the concept of "Noble Mansion, Artistic Luxury, and the Forest Realm," it aims to create a modern forest-themed community where art, nature, and daily life blend seamlessly.Through narrative scenes, we transform the site into an immersive lifestyle theater.The exhibition area serves as a preview of the main area's essence.

Scene 1: Forest—Artistic Interpretation of the Urban Interface

The landscape design establishes a harmonious dialogue between the community and the city.

A 55-meter urban interface is created, with symmetrically arranged ceremonial landscape walls for homecoming, while a hotel-like drop-off experience elevates the sense of honor.The core "Spring Prelude and Floral Whispers" sculpture refines the imagery of the Clivia, Changchun's city flower, and reinterprets the cultural heritage through modern sculptural language.It not only serves as a visual focal point but also represents a subtle translation of the city's cultural elements, guiding the emotional transition from bustle to tranquility.

Scene 2: Club—Theatrical Construction of the Sunken Courtyard

The landscape design creates a small yet expansive, serene and captivating "Gilded Club."

The sunken courtyard centers around a 9-meter-high glazed water curtain wall, integrating visual, auditory, and artistic elements.Golden and brick-red metal components, set against glass and flowing water, create a strong color contrast and a modern texture.Three layers of metal chain curtains, combined with flowing water and metal mesh, capture changing light and shadows.

Scene 3: Reception Hall—Three-Dimensional Interpretation of Community Life

The ultimate purpose is to provide a venue for community life.

The central axis square and landscape corridor form an open social space.The antique bronze Time Pavilion, paired with a Pandora translucent luxury stone backdrop, creates a sense of quality and style.The Star Ring Musical Fountain blends technology and romance, moving rhythmically with the music;custom sculptures, crafted with fine metal and perforated lights, present artistic interactions.Artistic outdoor furniture and open-air movie scenes reproduce the nostalgic charm of old Changchun, showcasing an exquisite taste of life.
