YUEXIU·THE PALACE

This project is located in a prime area adjacent to top educational and technological institutions, attracting highly educated intellectual elites and overseas returnees who seek a premium living environment. The design philosophy of "East-West fusion, inclusivity, and distinguished quality" blends modern sophistication with Eastern and Western aesthetics, creating an upscale residential community that harmonizes beauty with functionality.

A central feature of the clubhouse is a hand-crafted "flower of light" chandelier, created from specially selected marble. Inspired by the concept of "a cosmic seed taking root and blossoming," the chandelier's marble veins radiate a soft, warm glow, adding a sense of awe to the space. The staircase features an arched ceiling made of GRG (Glass Reinforced Gypsum), a lightweight, fire-rated material that adds majesty to the space. The wave-like ceiling design in the negotiation area minimizes the visual presence of beams, enhancing the aesthetic appeal and extending the perceived space.

The design incorporates a woven-texture floor covering, crafted from eco-friendly PVC material. It combines the texture and feel of hardwood flooring with the warmth of carpet, contributing to the room's elegance. GRG panels, known for their eco-friendly properties and fire safety compliance, are used throughout the space. These panels offer modular customization and snap-fit installation, ensuring seamless construction.

Given the tight project timeline, the design, engineering, and construction teams conducted intensive briefings prior to site mobilization. They identified critical construction techniques and planned production processes for complex elements like curved detailing, copper staircases, and glass installations. Using 3D models for briefings enabled clearer communication between the teams, ensuring mutual understanding and facilitating seamless collaboration.

Overall, the project demonstrates a harmonious blend of luxurious design, cultural convergence, and modern functionality, setting a new benchmark for upscale residential communities. The integration of sophisticated design elements with high-quality materials creates a space that appeals to both intellectual and aesthetic sensibilities.
