About The Entry

This milk packaging follows a "region as brand" design philosophy, focusing on the unique cultural and natural imagery of Guizhou Province, China to transform local identity into a portable, everyday consumer symbol. Aimed primarily at travelers refueling in Guizhou, it visually integrates symbolic local elements—such as Pingyuan Ancient Town, Jiaxiu Pavilion, and Qianhu Miao Village—into a unified visual language. This helps Shanhua Milk establish clear origin recognition and brand recall in the fast-paced, high-turnover environment of convenience stores.

Structurally, the packaging adopts a brick-type super-slim pack structure with a remarkably compact base measuring just 50mm × 37mm. Its slender profile vastly enhances shelf standout while perfectly suiting the grab-and-go, portable usage scenario typical of gas station purchases.

In terms of materials, the packaging employs an aluminum-free sterile paper-based composite material that replaces traditional aluminum foil with a novel barrier layer. This meets all food safety requirements for oxygen, moisture, and light blocking and significantly reduces material complexity. The easy-tear opening and integrated flow guide structure enable stable pouring and a high evacuation rate, effectively minimizing waste. Certified by SGS, this aluminum-free solution reduces the carbon footprint by 30.81%, delivering high-quality dairy protection while aligning with the global vision of low-carbon, recyclable, and sustainable design.
