About The Entry
Located in the Digital Technology Park of Chaoyang District, Beijing, this project blends sophisticated office spaces and an exclusive club for a premium spirits distributor. The design merges the client’s industry characteristics, the tech-innovation atmosphere of the park, and high-end business requirements, creating a seamless harmony between brand identity, functionality, and ecological sustainability.
The design is rooted in the fusion of luxury aesthetics, the essence of Western wine cellars, technological innovation, and high-end business etiquette. By abstractly incorporating elements like bottle curves, glass transparency, and metal textures, along with geometric forms and light-shadow play, the space balances classic luxury with modern tech vibes. A consistent core design language ensures brand coherence across both the office and club areas, while tailored expressions cater to the distinct needs of each function.
Functionally, the space offers adaptability. The office area includes a foyer, exhibition hall, meeting rooms, open-plan offices, and private workspaces, supporting brand display, team collaboration, and decision-making. The club features a multifunction hall and private rooms for events, banquets, and business receptions. Notably, the wine cellar design integrates display racks with circulation routes, turning every passage into a showcase. Sliding and hidden doors balance the need for liquor storage with office privacy, resolving space-functional conflicts.
Aesthetic choices emphasize light, shadow, and material textures. The exhibition area combines overhead diffused lighting and shelf-mounted spotlights to highlight liquor products while protecting them from harsh illumination. Durable metals and textured coatings mirror the understated sophistication of Western wine cellars. The office space features a light color palette with brand accents, fostering an atmosphere of ceremonial elegance and comfort.
Sustainability is at the core, adhering to national and international green design standards. The project uses eco-friendly materials, waste recycling, and meets strict indoor environmental quality standards, ensuring a healthy, low-consumption design. This project sets a benchmark for multifunctional business venues, balancing brand empowerment, functionality, and sustainability.
