The Maihe Intelligent Manufacturing Innovation Experience Center integrates scientific research, science popularization, industrial tourism, and immersive experiences to showcase Maihe’s capabilities and China’s systematic approach to intelligent manufacturing on the global stage.
Centered on the core theme of “Intelligent Manufacturing in China, Maihe with Solutions and Optimal Paths,” the center unfolds as a cohesive narrative of technological evolution, strategic foresight, and future vision. Spatially, the design follows an integrated “point-line-plane” logic: high-end intelligent equipment as “points,” end-to-end smart factory integration as “lines,” and coordinated regional development as “planes,” establishing a coherent, narrative-driven visitor journey. The color palette combines minimalist white, industrial gray, and warm wood tones, accented with Maihe Red and Digital Blue to reinforce the brand identity. Key exhibits—including a naked-eye 3D introductory film, an interactive digital sandbox, a sliding-track production line model, four Equipment Hubs (Welding–Coating–Assembly–Material Manufacturing), and AI-powered interactions—collectively deliver a deeply immersive fusion of physical and digital realms.
The project’s core innovations span three dimensions. First, it bridges the significant differences among Maihe’s three core businesses—planning & design, intelligent equipment, and intelligent IoT—through a “macro-division + micro-integration” strategy, ensuring thematic unity while celebrating each domain’s distinct strengths. This expresses the idea of “harmony in diversity, excellence in individuality.” Second, it pioneers the seamless integration of digital twin, human-machine collaboration, smart sensing, and multimodal interactivity to redefine the modern exhibition experience. Third, sustainability is embedded across the full lifecycle: dry construction methods reduce reliance on wet materials such as cement mortar, minimizing dust and water pollution; low-maintenance, easy-to-clean materials lower the need for chemical cleaning agents during the operation and maintenance phase; and all recyclable components are systematically sorted and processed post-exhibition to maximize resource reuse.
More than a showcase of technological prowess, the center is an open platform for global industrial transformation, embodying Maihe’s mission to “Promote Collaboration, Connect Globally, and Innovate to New Heights,” with environmental responsibility integrated at every stage.
