About The Entry

Inspired by the water culture and landscape spirit of the city, the design envisions a contemporary clubhouse as an extension of community life—a composite social space integrating art, leisure, wellness, and refined social interaction. Taking “water” as the spiritual metaphor, the project translates its fluidity, inclusiveness, and tranquility into a modern spatial narrative, creating an open and welcoming lifestyle destination for all age groups.

The overall program integrates coffee, dining, private banquets, fitness, swimming, and executive lounge functions, organized through a clear and fluid circulation sequence. The spatial experience unfolds from the front hall through multiple functional zones, forming a rhythmic transition between openness and privacy, movement and stillness.

The front hall establishes the overall tone with stone, artistic glass, and metal details, where material contrasts and layered textures echo the imagery of flowing water. The executive lounge adopts an asymmetrical composition, using metal mesh and artistic glass partitions to soften structural boundaries and create a dynamic interplay of light and shadow. In contrast, the cigar bar is organized in a solemn axial symmetry, centered on a fireplace feature, expressing the calm and depth of “water gathering into a pool” through a ceremonial and immersive atmosphere.

The private dining area forms the emotional core of the space. Large and small banquet rooms reinterpret traditional dining rituals with contemporary language. Warm materials, refined metal details, and generous glass interfaces balance privacy with visual openness, allowing natural scenery to become part of the interior experience.

The wellness spaces continue the narrative of “water and life rhythm.” The fitness area uses water-textured glass to create flowing light effects, blurring spatial boundaries. The yoga room emphasizes purity and calm through soft light, warm wood, and minimal forms, offering a meditative retreat. The swimming pool, conceived as a “still water deep pool,” uses blue mosaic, stone surfaces, and diffused light to create a serene and immersive environment.

Rather than pursuing visual spectacle, the design expresses a restrained elegance, using water as both theme and medium to connect space, nature, and the inner state of its users—ultimately creating a refined, tranquil, and spiritually resonant urban retreat.
