Centered on the question "What is the life after death" that has troubled me since childhood, this work focuses on the future dimension of the relationship between humans and nature. Research has found that after a human body is buried in the soil, the mycelium in the soil will absorb its nutrients and decompose the body, essentially realizing energy transformation—human energy will merge into nature and become part of the natural world. Taking this as the core, I use mycelium as the main material of the work, and combine modern technologies such as 3D printing and laser cutting for creation. The work not only explores the theme of life and death, but also in-depth ponders the possibility of harmonious coexistence between human technological progress and nature, conveying the concept of energy circulation and eternal connection between humans and nature.
