The journey home unfolds via a layered “courtyard-within-garden” sequence: beneath mature tree canopies, reflective pools shimmer like starlit rivers, while every architectural curve balances structural precision with lyrical elegance.

The facade draws inspiration from global benchmarks such as Singapore’s Leedon Residence, featuring expansive low-E blue glass, muted Morandi-gray stone, and champagne-gold aluminum panels. Crisp vertical lines and a crystalline glass crown create a striking silhouette that is sleek, sophisticated, and internationally resonant.

Faced with a compact site and limited outward views, the design turns inward, cultivating a self-contained micro-ecosystem. Through three curated zones—the Ceremonial Arrival, the Waterside Aesthetic Theater, and the Four Thematic Gardens—it reimagines underutilized spaces as vibrant, livable experiences. The layout draws inspiration from Ludwig Mies van der Rohe’s concept of flowing space, seamlessly integrating building pilotis, outdoor landscapes, and social settings to blur the boundary between architecture and nature, evoking a cohesive, resort-like living atmosphere.
