Pacific Care Home Sanya Community(Hotel)

This project seamlessly blends Spanish-inspired resort aesthetics, an all-age wellness philosophy, and Sanya’s innate natural beauty to create a “Life Aesthetics Realm” defined by color, art, sunlight, and freedom. At its core, the design masterfully balances spatial enclosure with a sense of breathability, ensuring every zone tells a unique story.

The public areas unfold as a flowing symphony of color. The lobby and bar command attention with intense red that builds visual tension, accented by vintage wrought iron and classic encaustic tiles to recapture the free-spirited vitality of traditional Spanish architecture. In the all-day dining restaurant, deep crimson tones engage in a dialogue with refined metal lines, evoking the bustling charm of Barcelona’s streets. In contrast, the specialty dining area adopts a mysterious blue palette, infusing the culinary journey with narrative depth.

Descending to the B1 Leisure Center, the space transforms into a “Dream Utopia.” Drawing inspiration from the warm streets of historic Toledo, the executive lounge, reading room, and Mahjong & poker lounge are anchored by sunlit yellow and earthy tones. In this inclusive setting, residents of all ages feel entirely at ease to embrace a diverse range of scenarios, from vibrant socialization to serene solitude.

The banquet and conference areas utilize expansive negative space, creating an ethereal and tranquil base. Here, crystal chandeliers and classical patterned tiles stand out against a minimalist setting, harmonizing romantic elegance with dignified order.

Guest rooms adhere to a principle of “Tranquil Elegance,” benchmarking international hotel standards while deeply addressing the specific needs of seniors. Through comprehensive barrier-free design, soft anti-glare lighting, and expansive views that bring the outdoors in, the space achieves a perfect fusion of comfort and functionality. Beyond providing professional care and age-friendly facilities, the design integrates the relaxing rhythm of coastal living into daily moments. Ultimately, this creates a true sense of belonging for every resident, ensuring that both short-term stays and long-term living offer not just safety and comfort, but a renewed vitality rooted in natural beauty and peace.
