This project centers on modern minimalism, forging a living space that balances rationality and warmth through the interplay of color and material.
With light gray and off-white as the base palette, deep navy blue and warm wood tones are layered to add depth. Paired with robust elements like black leather sofas and metal frames, the design achieves a crisp, refined texture. Accents of orange-red artwork and a green single chair serve as visual pops of color, breaking monotony and highlighting vibrant personality.
The open-plan layout seamlessly connects the living, dining, and study areas. Natural light floods in through glass partitions and venetian blinds, while a combination of linear and recessed lighting creates a bright, airy ambiance. Soft furnishings such as the lazy bear-shaped floor cushion and plush throw pillows infuse a sense of relaxation into the restrained lines, striking a balance between functionality and aesthetics and embodying the philosophy of "less but better".
