Industrial Landscape

Centered on the core concept of "Cold-Region Forestry," this project breaks away from the traditional industrial park model—which typically prioritizes production at the expense of ecology and user experience. Instead, it creates a "Forest Garden" compound that seamlessly integrates industry, ecology, and daily life. Leveraging the unique frigid-zone forest resources and industrial foundation of the Tongbei Forest Region, the project focuses on core industries such as Haskap (blue honeysuckle) anthocyanin extraction, forest agriculture processing, and cold-chain logistics. Through a systematic strategy of "ecologicalizing production and integrating ecology into lifestyle," it achieves a deep fusion of industrial spaces and landscape systems, reshaping the development paradigm for cold-region industrial parks.

In the dimension of production, guided by the principle of "landscaping the industry and industrializing the landscape," the project creates "Forest+" themed spaces and a "Forest-Encircled Farmland" agroforestry demonstration zone. This approach transforms the unique ecological farming models of the Tongbei region into tangible, experiential landscape mediums, achieving an organic unity of industrial showcasing, science education, and ecological aesthetics.

In the dimension of living, the project introduces diverse scenarios including garden receptions, orchard cultivation, organic vegetable gardens, and herbal healing spaces. By building open and shared interactive environments, it enhances the sense of participation and belonging among employees and community residents, fostering a warm and human-centric ecological lifestyle.

In the dimension of ecology, the project establishes a comprehensive recycling system for rainwater and industrial wastewater, alongside an organic waste resource recovery system. By combining cold-region adaptive technologies with smart management tools, it forms a "collection-treatment-reuse" closed-loop ecological chain, ensuring highly efficient resource circulation and ecological self-restoration.

Ultimately, employing a modern minimalist design language to respond to the local regional fabric, the project dissolves the physical boundaries of the park. It successfully achieves the integration of "Production, Ecology, and Living," setting a new benchmark for the cold-region forestry industry that embodies industrial value, ecological resilience, and humanistic care.
