Located in the heart of Xi’an, a city shaped by over two millennia of cultural exchange, the project draws inspiration from the city’s unique coexistence of history and modernity. Instead of replicating traditional symbols, the design translates Xi’an’s cultural gravity—its calmness, depth, and continuity—into contemporary spatial language. The result is a residence that bridges past and future, allowing residents to experience both historical richness and forward-looking living.

The target residents are senior executives and entrepreneurial families who value quality, aesthetics, and innovation. Their lifestyle aspirations are rooted in four dimensions: cultural grounding, refined craftsmanship, artistic appreciation, and openness to evolving living patterns.
