Upper-arm placement is often uncertain, so users misplace the cuff and try again. Movement during measurement increases variability and undermines trust in the results. Non-standard posture and insufficient pre-rest further reduce consistency and comparability over time. Together, these factors create a loop of repeated attempts, growing uncertainty, and eventual drop-off.

This project responds by shaping a more intuitive interaction rhythm and providing clear state cues. The goal is to reduce effort, minimize avoidable errors, and support everyday adherence.
