The project is designed to allow modern residents to live in homes that truly belong to their time, showcasing an innovative residential model for fast-developing economies.

Through the systematic integration of planning strategies, climate-responsive architecture, and green technologies, the project plans a comprehensive community featuring detachable villas, townhouses, apartments, and commercial and supporting facilities. It organizes multiple residential clusters, or "Ecological Green Islands", along an S-shaped circulation spine, transforming a constrained linear site into a continuous, legible, and dynamic community spatial sequence that encourages walkability and healthy lifestyles.

The architectural design reinterprets tropical living for contemporary lifestyles. Through passive strategies—including sun-shading structures, natural ventilation, optimized daylighting, and layered outdoor spaces—the project reduces energy consumption while providing a highly comfortable living experience. The integration of intelligent lighting, inverter-based central air-conditioning, and community-wide smart security systems enables efficient energy management and safe living environments. Moreover, the project combines high-performance building systems and renewable energy & structural systems, using energy-saving building materials, a solar PV system with energy storage, and a rainwater recycling system to lay a comprehensive and sustainable green foundation.
