The project is situated in the ancient canal city of Linqing. As a high-quality residential pilot in Shandong Province, it aims to reconstruct multidimensional living experiences. Taking "Eastern-Western Luxury" as its core, this 216㎡ villa show unit blends Eastern elegance with French romanticism.
The spatial narrative unfolds around "life distilled into art, constructing poetic dwelling." The ground floor draws inspiration from a "modern Eden," featuring champagne tones, curved lines, and natural light to create a relaxed yet rich sensory environment. A signature fireplace and staircase mural complement each other, adding warmth and visual focus. The kitchen-dining area follows efficient aesthetics, with an open layout and refined furnishings evoking the romantic ambiance of a Seine-side dining experience.
The master suite establishes a serene retreat with soft beige tones, gentle curves, and natural greenery, crafting a tranquil and elegant resting space. Children's rooms, one with fresh playfulness and the other with balanced softness and structure, depict distinct growing worlds.
The lower level revolves around Eastern ambiance, integrating multiple functions including a tea room, reading area, floral art space, meditation room, and music room. In the lounge, a subtly curved sofa and emerald green velvet chair create an intimate gathering space, while bamboo-style tea tables suggest a subtle dialogue between Eastern and Western aesthetics. A sunken courtyard invites natural light, where pebbles and greenery compose a poetic natural scene.
The mezzanine level is cleverly designed as both a reading area and a family music room—a sanctuary for the mind and a vibrant hub for sound and light, reflecting the symbiotic relationship between space and personal passion.
Through refined material textures, artistic furnishings, and cross-cultural aesthetic integration, this project weaves living quality, identity, and natural imagery into a cohesive whole. Each space carries thoughtful design, enabling a borderless conversation between Eastern and Western aesthetics, ultimately realizing a contemporary vision of "luxury intertwined with nature, where art flourishes in daily life."
