DAJI XIANG

Located in the historic heart of Beijing, Zhonghai Daji Lane is a landmark urban renewal project in the core area of Xicheng District. The design draws inspiration from the project’s context, using contemporary techniques to reinterpret the oriental charm of the Chinese capital—an approach that honors historical heritage while pointing toward the future. The foyer adopts the ancient architectural language of colonnades, with stone elements shaped through modern volumetric interplay. Warm lighting, together with the soft texture of metal components, brings rhythmic vitality to the space, making the enclosed environment feel more open and airy.
