About The Entry
This case study presents the HMI design for the Hongqi 2026 digital cockpit, which aims to define a standard of high-end, intelligent mobility and interaction that is distinctly Chinese. Grounded in the aesthetics of Eastern nature and fused with cutting-edge digital art, we have engineered an advanced system that transcends traditional interfaces. It is more than an operating system; it is an intelligent space with emotional perception. The design is guided by a particle design philosophy, translating the timeless DNA of the Hongqi brand into a fluid digital language, achieving a perfect symbiosis of the brand's profound heritage and a futuristic sense of technology. The visual soul of the design originates from the concept that "particles constitute all things." We extracted the iconic red dot and central axis from the Hongqi logo, evolving them into the core particle and the "Red Horizon" of our design. These elements serve not only as visual anchors but also as the starting point for all interaction. UI components, formed through particle aggregation, present a "natural, organic, and vibrant" state. The color palette draws inspiration from Eastern landscapes, while the interface materials feature the texture of fluid glass. Every pixel's movement follows the growth logic of the brand's DNA, infusing the digital space with a profound sense of humanistic care. The essence of AI design lies in "Context" perception. To redefine the relationship among humans, equipment, and information, we have constructed the "MOMENTUM AI Flywheel." Driving the transition from passive command execution to dynamic prediction, the system utilizes cutting-edge real-time rendering engines and AIGC technology to actively perceive the physical world, generating dynamic backgrounds in real-time that reflect the shifting moods of dawn, noon, dusk, and night. To make this AI potential explicit and establish an anthropomorphic emotional connection, innovative particle rendering technology is deeply applied. Through visual metaphors such as particles, sweeping light, and breathing rhythms, it transforms mundane energy flows and music data into dazzling digital art.
