About The Entry

Located in the Mianyang High-Tech Zone, Sichuan Province, this project transcends the conventional sales center to become a “Cloud Art Sanctuary,” embodying the local humanistic spirit and a vision of future living. By fusing the elegance of the Chinese Rose with the ethereal vastness of clouds, it creates a poetic dialogue between earthbound blooms and celestial heights.

Eschewing literal representation, the design distills the essence of the Chinese Rose—its layered petals and soft curves—and the fluidity of clouds into a unifying curvilinear language. This thread weaves through every zone, translating abstract nature into spatial poetry while preserving the unique identity of each area.

The spatial narrative unfolds like a symphony. The entrance greets visitors with a surreal installation of a Chinese Rose blooming amidst the clouds. In the model area, a parametric “Cloud Canopy” interacts with intelligent lighting to mimic the shifting sky, transforming the masterplan into a vivid vision. Deep within, the main leisure bar showcases 9,000 custom art glass panels cascading like dew-laden petals; each is meticulously angled to catch and refract ambient light, evoking a lively presence. The library lounge features arc-shaped bookshelves stacking like rolling clouds or blooming flowers, creating a serene spiritual retreat. The social club dynamically accommodates diverse activities, shifting from a daytime café to an evening lounge while hosting billiards, mahjong, and gaming sessions. Here, visitors viscerally experience the vibrancy of future community life. This cohesive journey is further deepened by a bespoke olfactory path, unfolding in three distinct movements: opening with crisp top notes of “rain-washed clouds,” evolving into a delicate heart of “Chinese Roses,” and settling into a warm, lingering base of “woody musk.”

Embracing the principle of “focused luxury against a restrained backdrop,” the project balances budgetary discipline with aesthetic impact. Key visual nodes feature exquisite customizations, while expansive backgrounds utilize standardized materials elevated by innovative craftsmanship. Sustainability is also embedded in the project: modular design enables on-demand reconfiguration; intelligent IoT lighting minimizes energy consumption; and micro-landscapes foster a profound connection with nature. Poetic living harmonizes with the environment, making every visit a tangible encounter with the ideal future life.
