HANGZHOU THE IDEAL CITY

The project is located in Liangzhu New City, Yuhang District, Hangzhou. Surrounded by mountains, water, and culture, it is far away from the hustle and bustle of the city, returning to the original water town life of the ancient city of Liangzhu, creating an ideal living environment surrounded by mountains and water. Incorporating the design language of "Manlongguiyu" in Hangzhou, it aims to create a natural and scenic living environment with a fragrant island theme.

The nearly 60-meter-long entrance interface exudes majestic grandeur through its rigorous symmetrical aesthetics. The landscape water features and greenery on both sides blend seamlessly with the luxurious stone walls and sculpted screens, extending further. A huge century-old osmanthus tree stands tall in the center of the circular atrium, surrounded by a layered composition of circular water features, paving, and greenery, echoing the circular dome and showcasing ultimate compositional aesthetics. Within the park, a wind and rain corridor surrounds the sunken water garden, forming a loop-shaped corridor. Inspired by the famous Fallingwater House, the entire sunken garden is designed as a terrace landscape, incorporating rich vertical variations within a 6-meter elevation difference. Viewing platforms at different heights are interspersed with water curtain walls, with flowing water, vegetation, and stone arrangements complementing and blending with each other at different levels, creating a light, suspended feeling. A waterfront pathway made of aged stone slabs connects two suspended platforms, separating two water spaces while softening the elevation difference, adding a natural wildness to the entire water garden. The boundless sunken garden provides an excellent place for people to intimately connect with nature and relax.
