Upholding the brand's mission of "Born for Free Running, Made to Shine Childhood", the JM18 introduces an innovative design concept of "Growth as Knots, Steps as Wind". Drawing inspiration from the symbolism of Chinese "knot patterns" and the philosophy of "circular harmony" found in Tai Chi movements, the JM18 is crafted as a full-cycle developmental footwear that seamlessly blends cultural aesthetics, ergonomics, and emotional warmth.
Rooted in the Eastern wisdom of "negative space" and informed by data on children's foot shapes, the JM18 features a wide toe box and a precise fit allowance (+0.5 cm for normal or slim feet; +1 cm for wide, chubby, or high-instep feet). This ensures dynamic adaptation to the foot's natural contours, aligning with Chinese children's foot development patterns to prevent pinching or rubbing and support healthy growth. The lightweight construction, combined with a slip-resistant and abrasion-resistant outsole, delivers both stability for active play and a lightweight feel for everyday wear, adapting to diverse activity scenarios from school settings to outdoor adventures.
The JM18 reinterprets the knot pattern and Tai Chi movement lines through sleek lines. Featuring a symbolic meaning of continuity and endless growth, combined with an arch-contoured design that provides stable support, the JM18 presents a visual balance of strength and softness. This embodies the brand's commitment to offering intimate care for children while supporting their resilient growth. The color palette includes a warm, earthy ochre version that evokes a sense of grounding comfort, along with vibrant white-blue-red contrasting editions, catering to children's natural affinity for bright colors. Together, these color schemes reflect the Eastern parenting philosophy of "following nature", achieving a harmonious fusion of traditional motifs and modern style.
The JM18 utilizes recyclable, skin-friendly materials and eco-friendly adhesives, ensuring the shoes are free from heavy metals and harmful substances to protect children's delicate skin. Furthermore, a combination of stitching and heat-pressing techniques enhances structural stability and durability, empowering children to explore the world freely and safely.
