The "Shanghai-style Garden Transcending Time" reinterprets the spiritual imagery of Eastern gardens through a contemporary design language, creating a ceremonial sense of homecoming and cultural depth within the theme of blooming flowers. Drawing inspiration from the spatial essence of ancient garden gatherings, this project employs flowers as a medium, time as a thread, and art as the soul, weaving together circulation paths, scenarios, and experiences to guide visitors step by step into a relaxing, elegant, and splendid space. This project incorporates hotel-inspired spatial techniques, integrating business lounges, leisure and entertainment, customized dining, and art appreciation to craft a new landmark of luxurious living imbued with cultural resonance, artistic sensibility, refined quality, and unique distinction for the high-end clientele.
The Art Flower Hall on the first floor serves as the focal point of the clubhouse. Themed "Blooming Flowers, Time Travel", the hall is adorned with crystal lamps whose brilliance symbolizes the flow of time and sediment of history. Light and shadow interweave within the space, evoking the "light of history" and "shadow of prosperity". This seemingly freezes time into a dazzling moment, immersing visitors in an aesthetic experience that transcends eras from the very first moment they step into the space.
The artistic furniture within the space also carries the spiritual expression of the design. The sculpture-like TATLIN sofa blends a Constructivist aesthetic, instantly capturing one's attention. It provides ultimate comfort while engaging in a dialogue with the space as a work of art. Its design philosophy, which prioritizes freedom and innovation, reflects the pursuit of aesthetics and a refined lifestyle, elevating the clubhouse into a spiritual sanctuary that harmonizes functionality with artistry.
