By weaving the thousand-year canal heritage with a modern metropolitan spirit, the firm has crafted a legacy mansion that harmoniously blends Eastern and Western influences for a contemporary elite family.

Design Philosophy: The Art of Spiritual Synchronization

Design is not a mere accumulation of symbols but a synchronization of spirits. LIYIZHONG DESIGN extracts fluid lines from the vast sea, translating the curves of sails into architectural interfaces. The project pursues a "Natural-Humanistic Global Chic," balancing regional context with an international vision to achieve a unity of spatial tension and refined restraint.

Vertical Narrative: The 5.5-Story Hierarchy of Freedom

The residence is structured across a 5.5-level vertical layout, creating a three-dimensional narrative of family order and individual autonomy:

The Spiritual Foundation (Lower Level): Conceived as an immersive "private cabinet," the basement features a cigar and whisky bar draped in vintage green velvet, facilitating intimate social interaction and profound self-reflection.

The Creative Enclave (Mezzanine): A dedicated fashion atelier where the arrangement of fabrics and sketches fosters a sense of "fluid creative order," allowing for uninhibited artistic production.

The Luminous Heart (First Floor): Serving as the mansion's emotional vessel, the first floor is a masterpiece of "Dissolving Boundaries" and the "Art of Balanced Scale." LIYIZHONG DESIGN utilizes full-height glazing to eliminate the physical threshold between interior and exterior, transforming the home into an organic entity that breathes with nature. Within this expansive volume, the designers achieve a delicate equilibrium between "Stately Dignity" and "Domestic Intimacy" through precise proportions and tactile materiality. A strategically placed piano corner imbues the daily circulation with a poetic acoustic backdrop.

The Sanctuary (Penthouse): The study connects seamlessly to an outdoor terrace, offering a retreat isolated from urban clamor—a space that celebrates both commanding authority and the luxury of solitude.
