About The Entry

The Innovation Zone Youth Community takes youth-friendly living, dynamic social interaction, and multi-generational sharing as its core positioning. Covering planning, architecture, interior design, landscape, and operation, it constructs a full-scenario youth living ecosystem that satisfies basic rental demands while creating a warm, vibrant, and aesthetic future community. It serves as an innovative demonstration of high-quality long-term rental apartments in Xiong’an New Area that are livable, business-friendly, and socially engaging.

In planning, the project adopts a site-adaptive, inward-enclosed layout to enhance a sense of belonging, integrating buildings with urban roads and terrain. It connects with the eastern valley landscape to form an ecologically permeable pattern and provides nurseries, elderly care stations, neighborhood committees, and medical care facilities, establishing a 15-minute convenient service circle for youth and families.

Architecturally, it embraces youth-oriented aesthetics with concise and modern facades. Entrance lobbies use warm orange to create a lively atmosphere, and creative graffiti is applied on courtyard-side walls to highlight the youthful identity of the community.

For interior design, four styles—youthful vitality, warm healing, stylish minimalism, and multi-generational living—are developed to cover the needs of singles, couples, and families. Public areas with warm wooden tones include the Xiongcai Parlor, shared gym, city study, e-sports room, audio-visual room, and billiard area, supporting daily living, socializing, self-improvement, and relaxation.

Landscape design is themed “Trendy Fun, Trendy Showcase, Trendy Sports”, featuring central plazas, lawn camping, open-air cinemas, extreme sports zones, and frisbee courts. About 60% open space is reserved for social interaction, building an open, shared, and futuristic community landscape.

In operation, themed lobbies act as the service core. Regular activities such as e-sports tournaments, creative markets, and courses strengthen neighborhood bonds and tenant loyalty.

The project achieves integrated innovation in space, landscape, services, and operation, establishing itself as a high-quality, youth-focused, and scenario-driven model for rental housing in Xiong’an New Area.
