Centered around "Urban Artistic Residence", this project draws inspiration from the aesthetic lines of a top French luxury brand, CHAUMET, integrating a jewelry-like artistic lifestyle into the space to create a living environment for personal enjoyment, indulgence, and social engagement.
A series of romantic scenes weaves a narrative journey. In the entryway, the lamp lights up like a cascade of golden quicksand, transforming the act of homecoming into a ritual. Within the tea room, a custom tea cabinet and round ottomans enclose a quiet area for tea tasting and social gatherings. In the corridor, hanging pictures and installations expand the field of vision, turning the passage into a flowing art gallery. At the heart of the living room, a VERSACE V-Marble coffee table features leather upholstery and V-shaped quilting, with its iconic BaroccoV logo echoing the lifestyle of the new elites.
Light and shadow act as the medium of emotion throughout the space. The dining area introduces the painting Glittering Night by Korean artist Jeong Zik Seong, complemented by the light refracted through the metal chains of the ceiling pendant to create a dynamic artistic tension that shifts from day to night. The balcony incorporates a smart hanger that seamlessly combines drying and ambient lighting, along with decorative wall lamps and greenery, infusing everyday life with a touch of romance.
Interior spaces are meticulously tailored to the residents' lifestyles. The master bedroom integrates a closet, a vanity table, and a study, catering to the tastes of both the host and hostess. The children's bedroom incorporates a drum kit, designed to evolve with the child. The guest bedroom, with its neutral black-and-white palette, appeals to visiting grandparents while offering timeless versatility.
With clean lines as its foundation, this project applies multiple materials, including metal, leather, velvet, textured fabric, marble, and art chains, to create a richly layered visual impact. This design not only responds to the new elites' desire for both spiritual sanctuary and personal expression, but also establishes a new paradigm for luxury living.
