The Osmanthus, symbolizing purity and gentle protection, lends its understated gold-and-white tones and soft curves to the surgical department, ICU, and infectious disease wards. Meanwhile, the Pomegranate—representing vitality and hope—guides the design of the delivery suites. Here, warm palettes and rounded forms, paired with skin-friendly materials and glare-free lighting, create a nurturing atmosphere that celebrates the arrival of each newborn and the joy of their families. Moreover, the tranquil essence of Chaohu Lake provides a healing backdrop for the ICU and hemodialysis centers, where expansive, pure spaces and gentle light help dissolve patient anxiety. This poetic vision is balanced by Hefei’s timeless spirit of rigorous craftsmanship, reflected in the meticulous order of the central sterile supply department and clinical labs. The resulting spatial precision mirrors the exacting demands of modern medicine, making professional efficiency an invisible yet ever-present language.

To address the complexities of medical purification and intricate workflow intersections, the project utilizes BIM-driven optimization and prefabricated modular construction to ensure both execution precision and lean cost management. Sustainability is also embedded throughout the design, prioritizing medical-grade, eco-friendly materials that ensure optimal functionality alongside long-term, low-maintenance durability, complemented by modular assembly that reduces construction waste by over 80%.
