Located in Xi’an, this project redefines the concept of a real estate sales center, moving beyond the static utility of display and transaction. Reimagined as a “Stage for Life,” it functions as a multifaceted cultural hub where reading, social interaction, sports, and art seamlessly converge. Shifting away from the impersonal design of traditional sales offices, the space offers a soulful lifestyle statement. Here, visitors can enjoy intimate sanctuaries such as mahjong lounges and tea rooms, or gather in open communal areas like the bar. It embodies a vision of future living, creating an “Urban Living Room” that invites visitors to linger, connect, and find emotional resonance.

The spatial language fuses modern minimalism with natural elegance, harmonizing material textures, light, and lush greenery to cultivate a refined, inviting, and lively atmosphere. By replacing solid walls with expansive floor-to-ceiling glazing, the design invites the landscape inward and enhances visual transparency, blurring the boundaries between the interior and the exterior. The ceiling features a unique assembly of curved modules with recessed warm lighting, appearing like floating clouds to accentuate the spatial rhythm. The centerpiece is undoubtedly the circular bar, with its cylindrical base clad in green glass bricks and multi-tiered backlit rings suspended above displaying life mottos. This striking design combines illumination and decorative appeal with narrative depth, serving as the visual and spiritual anchor in the space.

Human-centric principles are woven into the details. Vintage pour-over coffee makers serve as evocative decorations, infusing the space with the warmth of a leisure lifestyle. The book club features a magazine wall and comfortable seating, encouraging spontaneous social exchange and intellectual dialogue. In the fitness area, a bold red-and-green color blocking scheme creates an energetic atmosphere. Together, these carefully curated areas enrich emotional resonance, animating the entire space with a profound sense of vitality and belonging.
