Blue Town·Fengqi Yunlu commands a prime location in the Nanchuan District of Xining, Qinghai. Adjacent to the Civic Center and prestigious educational institutions, it stands as a paradigm of modern living at the gateway to the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. Guided by the soul of "Song Dynasty Elegance," the project draws inspiration from the artistic conception of the Southern Song painting Spring Mountain Scroll. Integrating the cultural symbolism of the Phoenix, the master plan utilizes a structure of "One Core, Two Axes, and an All-Age Garden" to create the "Ten Sceneries of Phoenix Perching," a landscape painting brought to life.

The architectural design eschews superfluous ornamentation in favor of a modern, public-building aesthetic. A base of beige and grey textured stone coatings establishes a refined tone, while champagne gold metallic accents outline the skyline, endowing the structures with a layered, modern aesthetic tension. Ingeniously leveraging the site's natural elevation, the design constructs a terraced landscape system. It strictly adheres to high-altitude green building standards, seamlessly integrating pedestrian-vehicle separation and Sponge City concepts.

Offering a diverse range of residences from 26-story high-rises to 7-story western-style houses, Fengqi Yunlu provides more than just high-quality living spaces. Through meticulous Song-style detailing and localized adaptation, it implants modern Oriental aesthetics into the highland earth, reshaping the cultural living aesthetics of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau's gateway.
