Bloom Pearl:Texture-modified food processor

Bloom Pearl is a Texture-modified food processor that redefines the form and eating experience of texture-modified foods. It rapidly processes ingredients into IDDSI-compliant meals, and then uses reverse spherification technique (improved) to transform these vomit-like modified foods into film-coated food balls—Food Pearls. By mimicking “normal food”, it reawakens appetite and restores dignity to eating. This film requires no strenuous chewing and complies with safety standards. Its toughness and size are adjustable. It ruptures under gentle tongue pressure and the action of salivary amylase, or can be swallowed whole and dissolved in the stomach, thereby reducing the risk of choking.
