Our design team returned to the core reality of winter running: the rapid spike in body temperature followed by immediate heat loss once you sweat. The problem isn't a lack of warmth, but a lack of responsiveness to change. Traditional layers require you to stop, detach, and readjust, which inevitably breaks your rhythm. We focused on "on-the-go adjustment," utilizing external zipper channels to minimize the detachment path. This allows for seamless, mid-run transitions—making temperature management a continuous flow rather than a series of forced interruptions. Aesthetically, we focused on eliminating the bulkiness typical of multi-layered systems. The jacket and vest were conceived as independent pieces from the outset; through precise proportions and silhouette control, they remain visually complete whether worn together or separately. Structural lines are used to organize zipper channels and functional zones, translating technical connections into a legible visual language. By contrasting PrimaLoft® with knit fabrics, we created clear tactile layers that signal windproofing and breathability. The result is a lighter, more fluid aesthetic that transitions effortlessly between performance and daily wear. Air Eco Warm achieves warmth through its physical structure rather than chemical finishes, reducing water pollution and microplastic shedding at the source. PrimaLoft® Silver Insulation Eco utilizes post-consumer recycled materials to lower carbon emissions and resource consumption. Furthermore, the jacket’s multi-scenario versatility reduces the need for redundant gear. This integration of material science and structural strategy allows the product to serve as a sustainable solution without ever sacrificing peak performance.
