Tianxi Community Party and Community Service Center

The design intention of the "Tianxi Community Party and Community Service Center" project is to create a warm, caring, and participatory community shared space through low cost (construction and installation costs of about 650,000 yuan), minimalist structural decoration application, careful design, and scientific management, under the strict control of government finance on investment. It aims to become a neighborhood home where residents are willing to come, love to come, and often come.

This design is centered around the core concept of "red front, service hub, and neighborhood home", focusing on the diversified needs of residents. With the goals of "functional enhancement, heartwarming services, and collaborative sharing", it systematically creates a functional cluster integrating a service hall, neighborhood reading area, reward supermarket, social innovation space, psychological counseling room, and garden discussion station. It has achieved a functional leap from single service to "one hall with multiple rooms and diversified sharing", integrating diverse services such as party affairs, government affairs, and daily life, becoming a one-stop service hub at the "doorstep" of residents. With a user-centered approach, it creates a unique community neighborhood story collection, closely focusing on the three core aspects of "age-friendly", "heartwarming services for neighbors", and "community partners" to create a heartwarming atmosphere. We hope that here, residents can not only handle affairs and enjoy services, but also make friends and offer suggestions, transforming from "passive service recipients" to "active participants in governance".

The streamlined and dynamic flow of the entire design: Garden Meeting Station → Facade Painting of the Party and Community Service Center → Main Entrance → Service Hall → Time Corridor → Neighborhood Storytelling (up the north staircase) → Multi-functional Room on the second floor → Down the south staircase.
