DP·PARK

DP PARK is located at the intersection of Zhongshan Third Road and Yintong Street, within the established Lihe commercial district. It is a typical commercial renovation project under urban renewal, with a total renovation area of approximately 50,000 square meters. Targeting young consumers, the project aims to establish a “youth cultural landmark” integrating trend culture, social experiences, and art curation. While preserving the city’s memory, the design team completely reorganized the circulation and upgraded the facade. The concept of “dual first floors and dual street frontage” was introduced: the ground floor connects directly to the main road, while the second floor links seamlessly to Lihe Plaza via an elevated skybridge, enabling efficient pedestrian flow and the superposition of commercial capacity. The exterior features large-area glass curtain walls, complemented by a giant 8K naked-eye 3D screen and green ecological extensions, creating a highly visually impactful interface. The interior design deeply incorporates Zhongshan’s local culture, using a “Cantonese cultural theme” as the narrative thread to reinterpret traditional Southern Cantonese architectural elements and folk customs through a modern design language. A specially established “Incense Culture Museum” centers on Zhongshan’s unique agarwood heritage, allowing citizens to experience the city’s historical depth within an immersive commercial environment. Looking ahead, DP PARK aims to become not only a commercial destination but also a youth social magnet and new urban vitality engine for the Greater Bay Area.
