About The Entry
This 82.6 m² single-level residence accommodates the needs of a three-generation family, balancing togetherness and independence. Instead of layering functions, the design adopts a strategy of subtraction, reconfiguring the original four-bedroom layout into three to release spatial tension. This adjustment allows light and air to flow naturally through the home, renewing both spatial quality and the family’s experience of living.
A palette of beige, gray, and brown forms a calm foundation, complemented by layers of stone, leather, and metal to create a subtle yet refined visual depth. Circulation within the public areas is left unprescribed, while curved ceilings and diffused lighting soften low beams and improve limited daylight, allowing light, time, and daily life to unfold naturally. The dining area serves as the emotional core of the home, connecting everyday interactions across generations, with a concealed play loft that encourages shared moments and companionship. Following a fluid transition into the private zone, the primary bedroom continues the warm tonal language, shaping a quiet and pure retreat that reflects a balanced harmony between letting go and what remains.
