The project is situated in the main urban area of Yining City, about 6 kilometres from Yining Railway Station and Yining Airport. It adjoins Park Avenue to the north, West Ring Road to the west, planned land to the east, and Planning 1st Road to the south. The site is surrounded by well-developed public facilities and enjoys highly convenient municipal transportation.
Total land area of the project: 76,716.20 ㎡; Floor area ratio: 2.3; Total construction area: 245,438.75 ㎡.
In response to the needs of the target clientele, taking into account the location and natural conditions of the site as well as the planning layout requirements, the residential architectural design is implemented in accordance with the relevant technical policies issued by the Housing Industrialization Promotion Center of the Ministry of Construction. The goal is to create high-quality, high-standard living spaces with a consistent aesthetic and diverse unit types. The design rationally allocates room areas, minimises inefficient and redundant space, and arranges functional zones in a comfortable and coherent layout, providing residents with well-designed and comfortable homes.
Combined with the planning layout features, the fourth-generation housing concept is piloted in the large residential units along both sides of the central landscape axis, allowing high-rise residents to experience the seamless integration of indoor and outdoor scenery brought by sky courtyards.
Meanwhile, based on research into the current status and development trends of the local residential market, the project aims to establish a leading position in architectural style across the market. Rooted in modern architectural style, the design distils its essence, pursues bold innovation, discards ornate decorations, and retains its core spiritual connotations. Traditional facade mouldings and structural frames are reasonably simplified and integrated following principles of functionality and cost-effectiveness, resulting in an architectural form that is simple yet sophisticated, imposing yet elegant.
The individual buildings are fresh and refined, creating a strong sense of belonging, and the overall style carries a distinguished and iconic identity.
