About The Entry
The project establishes Quzhou’s first island resort-style residential landscape, redefining urban living through a spatial system inspired by the world’s “golden latitude belt” of ultra-luxury destinations and the experiential atmosphere of Cheval Blanc Randheli in the Maldives.
It constructs a continuous island-based landscape logic where architecture becomes islands, circulation becomes streams, greenery becomes terrain, and water becomes an encompassing sea—forming a unified spatial system of living and experience.
Rather than replicating imagery, the design transforms cultural and landscape references into a structured residential environment defined by clarity, immersion, and spatial continuity.
A series of themed environments—including a super yacht club, a white-sand-inspired pool landscape, a rainforest island children’s zone, and a peninsula-style elevated setting—extend this island narrative into everyday life.
The project also reinterprets Quzhou’s bamboo weaving heritage, translating its qualities of resilience, flexibility, and order into contemporary bamboo-woven metal screens, integrating local craftsmanship into a modern residential language.
The project creates a contemporary island-based residential model defined by restraint, atmosphere, and coherence.
